Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Respond promptly to communications and approvals
Maintain professionalism when interacting with scheduled homeowners
Properly manage their availability and calendar
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service performance.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, systems, strategies, text, graphics, and materials provided by AJ Acquisition LLC are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
AJ Acquisition LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or missed business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services during the preceding thirty (30) days.
Payment and Billing
All fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are agreed upon separately in written proposals or service agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
